Career MAP Test
In this era of Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning it has become critical for students to make career choices with utmost caution. Today, children choose career options which make them happy while working at it.Only when there are happily settled and satisfied at their jobs comes the part of excelling at it. IRDI introduces a unique Career Mapping Test - M.A.P (Multiple Intelligence Theory, Aptitude Test & Personality Development Test). At IRDI our vision is to not just assist a child to identify a career path but also help them learn to work towards gaining social and financial independence. Approach of learning will be guided through Multiple Intelligence Theory. Identifying the skills and acumen through Aptitude test and Knowing individual’s traits through the personality test. MAP test reports will be anazlyed by our expert counsellor, who will assist in determining the career prospects for the child in consultation with the parents Our endevour is to handhold a child and help in his/her decisions with utmost ease and confidence
