2] The social outcome of the workshop is towards encouraging Peace amongst communities, societies and ultimately in the world.

The programme has three levels:

• Level 1 – Understanding the Context, Defining Conflict and its relevance, Learning the basic skills of holding a serious dialogue with others.

• Level 2 – Learning the art of participating in a group dialogue over sensitive subjects, Knowing about Negotiation Skills.

• Level 3 – Learn the Art of conducting and moderating a dialogue.
